For Broadband Support Services:

Our support desk is operational 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday on 01394 615 610.

For Telecoms Support Services:

During office hours 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday in the first instance call 01342 305900.

Out of hours please call 0845 450 2065.

We regard the provision of ongoing support for all of our services as essential to enable us to meet your needs.

With this in mind, we provide First Line Support for all services, with our own in-house support staff.

They are on hand to ensure that our users are able to get the most out of Flexidial services.
